Paula L. Scales, President Ms. Scales joined Brookstone in 1987 as Corporate Accountant, with extensive experience in the Health Care and Construction industries. Her financial and adminstrative background enabled her to work well with owners, architects, and subcontractors ensuring smooth performance of projects. She was appointed Executive Vice President in 1994, and President in 2006.
Ms. Scales attended Ferris State University in MI, and studied Business Law at Franklin Pierce College in NH. She is active in S.A.M.E. and the Chamber of Commerce, a past member of The Association of Facilities Engineers, the Commercial Investment Board of Realtors, Plan NH, and former director of The Smaller Business Association of NE.
Sean Scales, Vice President Mr. Scales first learned the construction trade at Brookstone Builders during his high school and college years, working his way through the ranks from carpenter to assistant site supervisor. After twenty years as a commercial airline pilot, he rejoined the family business in 2020 working in a management role.
As a member of the senior leadership team he is committed to continuing the high standards of quality and safety that the company has adhered to over the past thirty-eight years.
