Karen Scales, President  Ms. Scales has over twenty years of managerial experience, three of which were spent at Brookstone Builders as Office Manager.
Prior to joining the firm she worked at two large disaster restoration/construction companies performing office and accounting functions. She has also held the position of Food Service Director for a health care facility, and spent several years as a Test Kitchen Manager at Reader's Digest in Wisconsin prior to relocating to New Hampshire. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University.
Sean Scales, Vice President  Mr. Scales first learned the construction trade at Brookstone Builders during his high school and college years, working his way through the ranks from carpenter to assistant site supervisor. After twenty years as a commercial airline pilot, he rejoined the family business in 2020 working in a management role and overseeing our field operations.
As a member of the senior leadership team he is committed to continuing the high standards of quality and safety that the company has adhered to for more than forty years.
